Return Policy

Shopping online for the perfect bra can be difficult but at Helen of Troy Bras we simplify the process as much as possible. Need assistance with finding the perfect fit? Use our fit guide here or schedule a free skype fitting by emailing jessica@helenoftroybras.com. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason you can return or exchange within 30 days of reciept. 

To be eligible fo returns items must meet the following criteria
  • Purchased less than 30 days ago
  • Has not been WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED
  • Remains in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Must not be a sale item, underwear, personal product, hosiery, adhesive product or body care product
  • Final Sale on ALL underwear
How to Return

To return an item, please fill out the return form below

Return Form

Once the form is completed a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the return.

Processing: returns are generally processed within one to two weeks from the date your package is received.

Refunds: refunds can only be processed to the original credit card used. Refunds may take one-five business days to appear on your statement once processed. Helen of Troy Bras may issue refunds in the form of business checks if necessary.

Exchanges:  Please fill out the return form above and indicate that you want an exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item.  Upon receipt of the returned goods the new items will be shipped at no additional cost.
